Als Skilehrer in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis versuchten wir immer einen ungezwungenen, persönlichen und lockeren Umgang mit Gästen zu pflegen. Dies wollen wir auch in unserem Hotel leben und mit unseren Mitarbeitern zusammen eine ehrliche und natürliche Atmosphäre kreieren.
Ein Hotel zu bauen und zu beginnen passiert nicht in einer Nacht. Gedanken und Visionen waren schon sehr lange in unseren Köpfen. Der Wille war da um ein Haus zu kreieren das eine gewisse, einzigartige Atmosphäre austrahlen soll. Ein Hotel dass seine Gäste in eine warme, kuschelige Decke hüllt und gleich nach dem Eintreten das Gefühl, das ist das Richtige für mich, vermittelt. Das Gefühl, die Emotion im Sinne von:“Hier will ich bleiben, hier werde ich mich natürlich fühlen!“
