Cancellation conditions – Natürlich. Hotel with Charakter, Fiss.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, you’ll get back your deposit, minus a € 25,- administrative charge per booking.
Cancellation up to 1 month prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 40 % of the total amount.
Cancellation up to 1 week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total amount.
Cancellation less than one week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total amount.
In case of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, regardless of the reason, the room is charged for the entire reserved time.

The place of performance is the location of the accommodation facility.
