Baby + Babyfon:
We provide them to you at reception. There is also a baby monitor system that can be reached throughout the hotel via your telephone. We will be happy to provide you with more information. Bathrobe:
You will receive one at reception with your wellness bag including slippers. We will add a €50 deposit to your bill for the wellness bag. Please leave this in your room when you leave, then the deposit will be cancelled.

Roof terrace:
You can enjoy the most beautiful and unobstructed view from our roof terrace in the wellness area (3rd floor). This terrace is protected from view and ideal for nudists. Access is from 15 years. The roof terrace can also be visited outside of wellness times. From 12 noon the door to the wellness area is open to access the terrace.

We have various charging options for your electric car: Type 2 wallboxes, CEE and Schuko sockets. (Costs € 0.30/kWh)

Our hotel guests have free parking spaces available at the hotel. Of course, the hotel also has its own garage. A space in the garage is available for a fee.

ATM:
The nearest ATM is at the ski school building or at the cash desk at the valley stations. There are two more in the village center at the Raiffeisenbank or at the Volksbank. Can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Additional ATMs are located at the Waldbahn and the MPreis supermarket.

Drinks:
We will charge your drinks and food to your room. If you would like to check your recorded drinks, please do so every evening before you leave the bar/lounge.

Complaints received later cannot be considered.

Cell phone:
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to switch off your cell phone in the dining room and sauna area or to set it to silent.

Heating:
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. You can regulate this using a thermostat to suit your own comfort. Please note that the underfloor heating takes some time to heat the room. You will find an explanation of the heating on each thermostat.

Each room has WiFi and a LAN connection. You can get connection cables from reception. The socket with the smiley sticker on the desk is for your free internet access.

The WiFi switches off between midnight and 6 a.m.

The download speed is limited to 5MB to ensure that there is enough data for everyone. Our system is set up to block users who want to download extremely large amounts of data. Large amounts of data are entire films in the gigabyte range. Streaming films and music, however, is possible without any problems.

Children’s playroom:
We have set up a playroom in the basement (next to the ski room) for children to let off steam. Accessories for the Wii and Playstation are available at reception. We ask that you remind your children that the items in the children’s playroom must be treated with care! Opening times from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Children’s playground:
On the terrace there is our playground with a play tower, trampoline, slackline and small play equipment. We ask you to observe the posted opening times so that those looking for peace and quiet can also find a place.

Consumption:
We will charge your consumed drinks and food to your room. If you would like to check your recorded drinks, please do so every evening before you leave the bar/lounge.

If you pay the entire amount in cash at the hotel, we will give you a 3% discount on the overnight price. Tourist tax – local tax:
The tourist tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 3.70 per person per night. The tourist tax is charged separately from those aged 15 and older.

Minibar:
We don’t have any ;-). That’s why you’ll find a fridge in every room for your drinks and snacks. You can get drinks at the bar and take them back to your room. This also applies to dishes from the small menu. We ask that you order food and drinks at the bar.

Non-smoking:
The Hotel NATÜRlich is a non-smoking establishment. This means that smoking is not permitted in any area of ​​the hotel. Out of consideration for non-smoking guests and employees.

Smoking areas are your balconies, the roof terrace, in front of the main entrance and on the terrace of the breakfast room.

We ask you to put cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Even if you smoke on the balconies, please use the ashtrays provided. Fire hazard!

 Nachteingang:
Your room card gives you free access to the hotel 24 hours a day. You can enter the hotel via the main entrance or the underground car park. We ask that you keep quiet in the hotel so that sleeping guests are not disturbed.

Postcards:
We are happy to cover the costs of sending our own postcards (postcard and stamp). We are happy to send you one postcard per person. The postcards are available for free at reception and in the breakfast room.

NATURally we are happy to send you your own postcards. You can also get stamps at reception.

Discounts:

Open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Outside of these times and when we are not there, you can reach us by pressing the “Reception” button on the telephone at reception.

Quiet:
In your own interest, we ask that you keep absolutely quiet in the hotel after 10 p.m. Close the doors carefully and please refrain from loud conversations in the stairwell. Thank you – you will enjoy the peace and quiet.

Safe:
We ask that you deposit valuables in the room safe. You open and close the safe by entering a personal PIN number. We accept no liability for items left in the room.

Sauna / Wellness:
The sauna and wellness area is open from 3:00 p.m. (winter) or 4:00 p.m. (summer) until 8:00 p.m. There is a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, infrared cabin, experience showers, alternating baths for your feet, heated loungers, a relaxation room and a roof terrace.

Sauna towels:
Sauna towels are available for free in the wellness area. Used towels can also be disposed of there in the container provided. We ask that you only use two towels per person. For the sake of the environment.

Sauna bag:
You can get the sauna or wellness bag from reception. The bag contains the bathrobes and slippers. We will charge a €50 deposit for the entire wellness bag on your bill. You can leave the bag in your room and we will remove the deposit from your bill.

Slippers:
You will find them in your wellness bag. You can get them at reception. These high-quality felt slippers are intended for use during your stay and are not intended to be taken away. We wash and disinfect the slippers for further use. For the sake of the environment! You can purchase the slippers for € 14.90. Size 42 in purple and size 46 in gray. Only these two sizes are available.

Key card:
You can use your room card to open your room, the main entrance, the door from the underground car park to the hotel and the ski room. The card has no logo and no room number. This is because if it is lost, no one can find the hotel or the room number!

If you lose your key card, please inform reception immediately, who will take all necessary steps. In the event of loss or damage, the €5 deposit will be retained.

Please keep the key card separate from mobile phones and magnetic material, as this may cause malfunctions. Please return your card to reception when you leave – thank you!

Hotel shop:
You can buy various items in our shop. Sauna towels, wellness bags, blankets, slippers, pinewood decorations, etc. Information is available at reception.

Ski bus:
If the snow conditions do not allow you to go directly from the hotel to the Waldbahn AND the small platter lift in the boarder club is not working, then our ski bus will take you to the valley station of the Möseralm and Schönjochbahn.
Please let reception know.

Ski passes:
Ski passes are available at reception. We do not charge an extra fee for this service. Please note the €2 deposit for the ski passes.

Ski storage:
Located in the hotel basement. You have your own locker. The locker can be opened and closed with your room card. We accept no liability for items left in the ski room.

Games:
You can find board games and card games in the cupboard in the Tiroler Stube. Please put the games back. Thank you in advance.
