General questions for your vacation at the Hotel Natürlich in Fiss, Tyrol

YES – the Super.Summer.Card is of course included in the price. From a stay of 2 nights, the arrival and departure day is included.

For a stay of one night, you can choose the day of arrival OR the day of departure. So only one day is included in the price.

NO – There is no classic half board at the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price. You can book dinner every day with breakfast – there are themed evenings and a small à la carte menu.

The main cable cars (Schönjochbahn and Möseralmban) are approx. 350 meters away and can be easily reached via its own access in approx. 8-10 minutes.

You can also reach the Waldbhahn / Bikpark via a shortcut in approx. 5-8 minutes.

YES – dogs are welcome at the hotel. We have several dog-friendly rooms/suites. The cost is € 13 per night without food.

We also have many pet-free rooms/suites so that we can offer allergy sufferers the option of booking a pet-free room.

A bike garage is available. There you will find a bike repair stand (without tools). There are also power sockets, a compressor and two e-bike charging stations in the bike garage. Read more here!

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a fitness room. We offer our guests a great wellness area with breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains. Relax here!

We are happy to provide you with cribs, highchairs, step raisers, baby bathtubs and changing mats.

Unfortunately, we do not have any baby carriages. You can hire these in the region.

Questions about booking, cancellation conditions and cancellation insurance

Cancellation conditions – Natürlich. Hotel with Charakter, Fiss.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, you’ll get back your deposit, minus a € 25,- administrative charge per booking.

Cancellation up to 1 month prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 40 % of the total amount.

Cancellation up to 1 week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total amount.

Cancellation less than one week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total amount.

In case of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, regardless of the reason, the room is charged for the entire reserved time.

The hotel has plenty of parking spaces.Outdoor parking is free, the garage costs €5 per night.There are several charging stations for electric cars (type 2, max. 11 kW).

Payments can be made by cash (3% discount on the hotel price when paying the entire bill – this also includes local taxes, consumptions, ski passes, etc.), EC card, Mastercard and Visa or by bank transfer (in advance).

Earlier arrivals? Please let us know your arrival time by e-mail and we will try to make your room ready for occupancy earlier. Please note that we cannot guarantee this.

You can arrive in any case to enjoy the first day of your vacation right away. You can park your car, store your luggage and get changed. You can also get your ski passes or the Super.Sommer.Card at reception.

Arrivals after 10 p.m.? Please let us know so that we can prepare the check-in for you. It is possible to check in at the hotel 24 hours a day. (self-check-in)

Late check-out: This is only possible by arrangement on site.

Unfortunately, we do not have a transfer service from the train station or airport.

Transfers are possible via the local cab companies. It is often worth comparing prices and booking in advance.
It also makes sense to book a return trip. Discounts.
