…It was a bright day, the sun shining over the high plateau of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in Austria. The pleasant warmth and the fresh, healthy air of the Fiss mountains gave me an extraordinary feeling of well-being! Summer holidays in the Tyrolean mountains are back in vogue.
After a long hike with my family and a ride on the “Fisser Flitzer,” the children have fun in the hotel’s playroom or outside in front of the hotel. The Natürlich mountain oasis spans approx. 220 m² and is located at the most beautiful spot of the hotel; namely the highest point with an incredibly stunning view of the winter region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in Tyrol.
Fire
- Finnish fire sauna: With temperatures up to 95° C the body loses a lot of liquid and thereby purifies and detoxifies. The blood flow is encouraged and the immune system strengthened.
- Tyrolean earth sauna with fragrances: The temperature is approx. between 45° C and 60° C, humidity 45% for gentle perspiration – very suitable for elderly people and people who visit as a hobby.
- Air steam bath with eucalyptus: The air is heated up to 60° C through water vapour. The humidity is 100%. The moist heat and the humidity have a liberating effect on the respiratory system.

Water
- Water – Adventure showers: Enjoy a warm or refreshing shower between your sauna visits. Our rain shower or flood shower heads will refresh you with grander water.
- Water – Kneipp basins: Cold and warm water basins for alternating foot baths. Changing foot baths in cold and warm water stimulate the blood flow in the feet.
- Water – Refreshment beverages: Different juices, a varied tea assortment and healthy infusions made out of fresh ingredients quench your thirst and invigorate your body and mind all over again.
Earth
- Earth – Thermal loungers: The comfortable temperatures of our loungers help you to release. Through the warmth your body can completely relax und you’ll fall asleep with a beautiful view.
Air
- Air – Relaxation room: A room for moments of tranquility and relaxation. Separated from the wellness area, the relaxation room provides a place of peace and quiet. Lie down and enjoy the mountains.
- Air – Nudist terrace: Cold air zone with a stunning view of the village Fiss as well as the surrounding mountains. Cool off and relax on the highest spot of the hotel. Blocked from view – Natürlich – unique.
